If you use JR, "JR Marunouchi underground central ticket gate" is also convenient. Go straight out of this ticket gate and you will see the "Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line", and there is an underground entrance to the "Shinmaru Building". Immediately after entering there, there is an escalator, so go up the escalator, and if you continue in that direction, you will be connected to the Shinmaru Building ground exit. You can see the Marunouchi Wine Club at the front of the exit.
